Shipping & Delivery

How?
Throughout Europe, we distribute from The Netherlands, we also have our own distribution channels for worldwide shipping.

When?
After your order is submitted and verified, we will contact you by phone or through e-mail to make an appointment for delivery. We provide this extra service to make sure we come by at a suitable time for you. Tables can be assembled and installed on location on request. Change of plans? You can contact us (48 hours before the actual appointment) and we’ll schedule a new appointment.

How much?
World Class Billiards doesnt charge any delivery fee, but our transport service provider will. Tax and transportation fee are calculated after you placed your order. This amount is to be paid to the transport service provider. For deliveries within The Netherlands and Belgium shipping is FREE!

Warranty

We provide a full transport insurance right up to your door. When the table is delivered we strongly advise you to check the contents of the packages for transport or climate damage. If you find that the product is damaged, you have the right to refuse the table and we will arrange the delivery of a new table and will compensate you by giving you a 5% discomfort discount! Checking the content of the package before signing the receipt paper can save you and us a lot of trouble. We provide a 1 year warranty for defect parts (not as a result of improper use or installation). When you choose to have your table assembled and installed by one of our professionals, they will make sure the table is installed correctly, there are no defects and the table is tweaked for optimal performance. It is possible to install our table yourself by using our step-by-step installation manual as a guide. In this case however, we are not responsible for any defects as a result of improper installation.

Check the product before signing the receipt paper! If you find there are any problems with the product on delivery, and you refuse the package, our staff will arrange the delivery of a new table and we give you a 5% discomfort discount!

Ordering

Ordering online is fast and simple. Just select the products and options you like and add the products to your shopping cart. When you are done shopping, just go to Checkout. You can either login (for registered customers), register for a new account or even checkout as a guest. (Registration is free! Registering will save you time and trouble when ordering in the future. You will also be notified about special offers and are able to get a better service from our Customer Support.)
Just fill in the required information and submit your order. You can pay by wiring money to our bank account (bank transfer) or use iDeal for fast and easy transactions. For more information about iDeal, please visit their website at http://www.ideal.nl.
Once we received and verified your order, we will contact you to schedule an appointment for delivery and possible assembly and installation on location. You can always view the status of your orders by logging in to your account

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

All prices stated on our website are without VAT. Tax and transportation fee are calculated and charged after you placed your order since they depend on your location. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice and some items are limited to stock on hand. While we make every attempt to verify prices before charging you, World Class Billiards reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed on mis-priced items whether or not the order has been confirmed and you have been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, World Class Billiards will refund the total purchase amount to your credit card account as soon as possible. World Class Billiards cannot be responsible for typographical or photo error on our web site. World Class Billiards cannot be held responsible for the illegal or wrongful use of any product sold by World Class Billiards or other retailers of World Class Billiards' products.

Secure Shopping:
When you purchase one of our products on our website, you can either choose to pay through bank transfer or use a Service provider (such as iDeal) for the financial transaction. As these services are not part of World Class Billiards, we are not responsible for the security and protection when using these services. Yet, these services all claim to be very secure by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology when transmitting sensitive information. SSL technology, an industry standard, is designed to prevent someone other than operators of our Sites from capturing and viewing your personal information.

Passwords:
